“Look no further, great reliable service. From 1st telephone call to booking in an attendance. Kept up to date via email regarding appointment. ETA given 3pm, but then another update on the day to say arriving early. Time arrived 2.30pm. Diagnosed fault within 5 minutes, then engineer left to get parts and reattended to fit part. All done within 1 hour. Excellent so happy. Now have hearing and hot water. Friendly service, polite, courteous and good value for money.”
